It's summer time and I had an opportunity to getaway and have lunch with my teenage son. I heard about Miguel's Jr new additions to their menu and happy hour special so we decided to give it a try. We headed out to our local Miguel's Jr in Orange and were pleasantly surprised. It has been a very long time since I have been to Miguel's Jr and I was quickly reminded by the delicious aromas that filled the air of how yummy their food is. My son quickly claimed the strawberry horchata which left me with the delicious hibiscus lemonade. I have always loved their burritos so I was very happy with my shredded beef burrito box combo. It came complete with chips, homemade salsa, guacamole and sour cream and a drink. It's really hard to find a tasty meal these days for under $9 and I had some to bring home. 
I must also say that the employees at this location were wonderful! The resturant was clean and inviting. As we waited for our food to be freshly prepared I took a few pictures that reminded me of the quality of meat and produce used and the heritage of this establishment.
